The Concept of Electromagnetic topology is presented to decompose the structure of system electromagnetic topology and interaction sequence diagram, in order to analyze and predict system HPM effect. But for a complicated system, the electromagnetic shielding topologies to denote the shielding level relations of the system are not quite clear, the interaction sequence diagram among shielding volumes is complex. So, the approach of electromagnetic topology graph theory can be introduced by combining the concept of the electromagnetic topology with the graph theory. This article point out with the electromagnetic topology.A transmission line model of the interference source is established. In addition, load responses and their matrix forms are presented, and the numerical results show the validity of the transmission line model of high frequency conducted interference. Moreover, the Taylor model and Agrawal model using for the analysis of the coupling of electromagnetic field to transmission line are summarized in detail. And a model about the load responses of transmission line excited by EM field which described by distributed interference sources are given. Based on the model, A load responses of transmission line excited by a plane wave is computed. Finally, the BLT equation-a classic equation to compute the responses of TL network is deducted and numerical results show how to analyze the load responses of a star-connection transmission line networks with BLT equation.To define and compute the transfer function of aperture coupling, and a box with aperture exemplified how to computer and analyze the transfer function about the coupling of the HPMP to small aperture with FDTD.To show how to compute the HPM effect of a system with the electromagnetic topology, the coupling model of field to line, BLT equation, and the transfer function of aperture coupling.
