Research On PKI/CA In University Financial Information System With Application

Today, we attach more and more importance to the net information Security. The technologyof it is important to the financial information system. We adopt some technology in net financialinformation system such as fire wall technology, VPN, ID identifier, access control, permissionmanagement. But these traditional technologies can not perfectly solve the problem that we meetin the financial information system.Coming with the net era, Chinese university speeds up building the digital campus.According these, the security of net financial information system in the university turnsimportant. It has a direct impact on university, such as operational routine teaching, scientificresearch developing, level of management, university's building, the benefit of all teachers andstudents.This paper proposes a solution to the problem of the security of net financial informationsystem. It is that using public key infrastructure set up CA security-Certificate system. We alsohave a further survey on application. E.g. Guangzhou JINAN University, according to the projectof digital campus, the paper makes a detail statement on how to solve the security problem. Byway of setting up CA security-Certificate system, constructing security-application middlewareand support server, digital signature carrier, reliable timestamp service, certificate query-verifysystem, electro-stamp system, we can implement some application such as ID certificate, digitalsignature, electro-stamp, data confidentially transmit, reliable timestamp service. Based on these,we settle the security problem that maybe meets in operating financial information system, dataconfidential, ID certificate and undeniableness.
