This paper introduces the development of CAD/CAM and RPMs currently in the world, aiming at designed to the RP technology heterogeneous biological tissue's digitization and makes the key technologies question has been discussed. Heterogeneous biological tissues modeling theory and method are the emphasis in the paper's research. The contributions may be summarized as follows.1. The concept"porosity"has been introduced to the traditional CAD model, and proposed the heterogeneous biological tissue's structural style of gradient porosity distribution.2. Deeply analyse the development of Bio-CAD technical domestic and foreign present, this article build a modeling from microcosmic and porosity.3. A Bio-CAD software module was development base on Visual C++ 6.0 and ACIS, realizing the visualization of the heterogeneous tissue.4. Selecte MDT 6.0 and ObjectARX give a data processing to the SAT, and obtains CLI slice document which can be connected with the RP equipment.5. Selecting SLA craft to the modeling, RP techniques was combined to fabricate bioactive scaffold with biomimetic structure。The work in this thesis will lay a solid foundation for development of digitized biology technique manufacture, enrich the theory system and project implementation strategy of Computer-Aided Design, and have important theory significance and project application value.
