In some realm of measurement, People need a kind of gauge system, which helps the users observe the measurement conveniently by using of wireless data transmission. For example, when the sensors are installed in some parts of a device that are turning to moving, The difficult problem that people have to solve is how to deliver the signal to stationary gauge or working station.For adapting to these request, in this programmer we introduced a design of wireless data transmission and display for twisting moment sensors and give an example using single chip microprocessor .We also put forward some questions that should be paid attention to circuit design,We give the program flow chart .The system is reliable as we use encode and decode technique as well as software fault allowing technique. It is very suitable for the area where wire transmission cannot be available in that case, we had better to use wireless data transmission.The article analyzes the research contents and meaning of the programmer; it introduces the trends of the wireless data transmission of the current situation and the level and development at room and abroad. It introduces the popular technique standard of each kind of the wireless data transmission at present, It also analyzes the current wireless receivers and dispatch mold pieces of each kind, and gives an overall design of the system, This system is mainly made up of three parts: the data collection, the data handles and the wireless shoots and receivers. The principle design of the system is to change the twisting signal to electronic signal which is adjusted to sent to A/ D conversion IC ICL7135 to be changed into a figure signal so as to send it into the single chip microprocessor AT89C51, The single chip microprocessor again controls the wireless shoot circuit to modulate the figure signal to high frequency signal by antenna. In order to show the twisting data rightly, the receiver then sends the signal demodulated from high frequency signal into the data control circuit.
