Research Of Remote Intelligent Appliance Control System

It is so fast the Internet develop that the applied credibility of network has already been able to satisfy the request of each realm. How to implement the remote control of embedded system centred on MCU has been a very popular research subject. The paper puts forward one method to implement the remote control of appliance temperature control system. The system design is composed of network interface module and appliance control module.The paper sums up the development, characteristic and fuction of intelligent appliance and compares the present research state domestic and international of it. After the analysis of the remote control technology and embedded Internet and the combining the characteristic of the appliance control system., the paper puts forward the solution of embedded Internet platform based on 8-bit microcontroller. The paper completes the hardware design of network interface module, programmes the driving of Ethernet controller chip and finally implements the reduction and transplantation of TCP/IP protocol based on 8-bit microcontroller by the analysis of embedded TCP/IP protocol in detailed and illustrates the data form of each embedded TCP/IP protocol stack and the flow chart of the receive and transmit process.The paper expounds the hardware and software scheme of appliance temperature control system. The appliance control system realizes environment temperature acquisition and local display and temperature control depends on the setting value by remote host. Also, it can communicate with the interface module, receives the order and data from the host, disposes and return the current temperature value and realizes remote monitoring and control of appliance.In the end the testing of the network interface module has been done. The test result indicates that the system runs stably in the local area network, achieves the expected effectiveness, and proves the practicability of this embedded Internet scheme.
