Embedded technology is one of the most popular technologies in electronic products design area, The design of embedded system which uses embedded operational system has become the hotspot of current study. It is continuously expanding in the application area of industrial control, consumable electronics and so on. The digital machine tools, intellectual tools, industrial robots, service robots, which apply embedded technologies, are gradually changing the traditional industrial production and service method gradually. At present, all kinds of new embedded system equipment have preceded the general computer in application quantity. The aim of this thesis is to grasp the use and exploitation of embedded real-time operational system and to make it better when used in computer measurement and control area through the study ofμC/OS-Ⅱembedded real-time operational system.Firstly, this thesis is based on theμC/OS-Ⅱ2.52, studying the working principle, porting method and exploitation design process of embedded system. Then, 3 popular kinds of typical chips porting measurement in industrial control area are carried out. They are: 8 bit SOC chip C8051F041 of Cynal Company, 16 bit DSP chip TMS320LF2407 of TI Company, and 32 bit chip LPC2114 of ARM7 series of Philips Company. Hardware platform is built respectively and realize the port ofμC/OS-Ⅱon them.The result of testing is right,the running is good.Secondly, this thesis designs the ModBus-DeviceNet Protocol Transducer, which is based on theμC/OS-Ⅱ. Hardware uses the singlechip AVR MCU Atmega128, and SJA1000 CAN controller and TJA1050 transportor.software uses theμC/OS-Ⅱembedded real-time operational system. On this basis, thesis puts forward one method of transmitting from ModBus to DevieeNet, and lists the typical data in Modbus Protocol. According to the DeviceNet Protocol structure, thesis designs the DevieeNet Protocol. The system has passed the examination and is in good operation.At last, the pressure detection and control instrument is designed, Aim at the detection and control of peressure in Industrial chromatogram equipment in this thesis.The CAN field bus and C8051F041 chip with CAN controllor which is from Cygnal company is used in the instrument, and so the design of hardware is finished. In software, it uses theμC/OS-Ⅱembedded real time operational system, and compiles ground floor hardware driver and top application driver, and consequently finishes the whole design process of apparatus.The controller is being tested and the running is in good condition.
