This article introduced the design and realization of the on-time electronic spark system based on numerical control technology.Firstly, analyze the application need of the open on-time electronic spark numerical control system and combined the state nowadays and the tendency with internal and external, the development of the technology, finally the craftwork of the electronic spark. Based on the hardware and software, it divided the whole system into two parts for designing and developing.The hardware part mainly for the good working with current hardware equipment like PC machine, drivers and PCI card and some improvement aimed at the PCI part.The software part, according to the most outstanding three plan internationally: OMAC, OSEC and WSACA, it came to the compare and analysis and put the most suitable structure model as the foundation to build up your own software structure model. During the process of realizing the system, it offered some deeper analysis and research upon some key techniques like the following points:●Multitask Processing: taking the best data processing method, save the memory but with more efficiency.●On-time interrupt processing: based on the increasing number of hardware, take the on-time interrupt technique through analyzing and comparing all kinds of on-time controlling method to reach a higher precision demanding.●Forward and back stage software structure: the whole system divided the module into forward and background. The forward is a program for on-time interrupt, it almost takes on all the on-time function like insert, position controlling and watching the logics. The background came to the input and coding work.
