The contrivance of computer tomography have great distribute topromote the level of the development in undamaged checking field; Thegoal of the developemental trace of X-ray which start from X-ray toComputer Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging is to getmore and more clear information about the object texturize; However,they are just 2 dimensions, which is isolate the information bedew the CTlevels, as the result,it is hard to reconstruct the model of the intricatefrom this tissue- segmentation。The demand lead to the rapiddevelopment of volume rendering algorithms。Although interactivevolume rendering today is mostly done with specialized computergraphics hardware, which is usually high--end graphics equipment withfast 3D texturing and large texture memory, this technique has itslimitations.even in today graphics workstations, Larger volumes haveto be swapped in and out of texture memory, single workstations aren'tfast enough to display large volume datasets interactively。This paper presents a new way to build a large scale PC cluster systemwith many good characters through it。In order to improve theperformance of the PC cluster system, the paper also offer a serialmethods to optimize the system both in hardware and software。In the 4thchapter, a new way to parallelized version of the perspective shear-warp algorithm has been given here。The parallelized algorithm was designedfor distributed memory machines using MPI。The new algorithm takesadvantage of the idea that the warp can be done in most computers'graphics hardware very fast, so that the remote parallel computer onlyneeds to do the compositing。Even though the display machine could bea moderately equipped PC computer, it can be used to display complexvolumetric data, provided there is a network connection to a highperformance parallel computer。Furthermore, remote rendering could beused to drive virtual environments, which typically require perspectiveprojection and high frame rates for stereo projection。For the result ofthe algorithm, we can see clearly that the method has more value in thereal-time application。...
