Design And Development Of Power Energy Information System Based On Role Based Access Control Strategy

With the rapid development of information technology,many enterprises focus on information management,lots of them set up their own information system.Information system not only enhances the efficiency of official business,but also creates value for the enterprises,and since the characteristic of information sharing,information security is very serious,so it is necessary for administrators to control the resources which the users demand for.Role based access control(RBAC) is a main focus in the research field of access control recently, through studying RBAC model and related theory of RBAC technology,it put forward a scheme of access control,and the scheme is applied in the privilege management system which is the sub system of POWER ENERGY INFORMATION SYSTEM(PEIS), the scheme not only realizes access control of information resource,but also simplifies the operation of authorized management.PEIS adopts papid prototype model, and MVC design pattern,the structure of it is Browse/Server,mainly includes:client layer,business layer and data layer.With the requirement of official business, PEIS adopts modular design,and it includes five modules: technology management module,power management module,device management module,privilege management module,base information management module.PEIS is used in the actual project now, the result demonstrates the usability of it.
