Dezhou IP Network Improvenment Project Implementation Plan

Shandong CNC is the largest fixed network operators in Shandong Province,which operates mainly in the business of fixed telephone, broadband, PHS and other value-added businesses. The rapid development of mobile phone caused immense impact on fixed telephone, Broadband business becomes one of the fastest benefitial business in CNC. Shandong CNC has completed broadband IP MAN which covers 17 cities, with the number of subscribers increased dramatically, previous network's manage capacity and supporting capacity for new business has gradually failed to meet the needs of development. The main reason is that the network exit is NAT server, due to it's poor manage ability and the NAT technological shortcomings , seriously impact on the quality of the network, and becomes bottlenecks of the MAN exit. Meanwhile, less of the BAS equipment ,poor handling ability and lack of general access capability has made the existing network can't fully satisfy the needs of business development .Because the original network lack effective means to manage and control subscribers, it creates a single business model and inflexible marketing strategy . Dezhou, as one of the most important cities in Shandong, it is imperative to optimize network .Moreover, network differences between Dezhou and other cities in Shandong makes Dezhou's network optimization special to a certain extent. The program demonstrates how to achieve an advanced,controllable and safe IP network which has powerful transmission capacity and service functions through the whole network optimization and equipment expansion .This paper is divided into the background of network optimization, network, the status and demand of network business, network optimization program and optimization performance program and in each part the technical problem relates to this project is elaborated. Based on the corresponding technology ,the implementation methods of the operational systems is provided , such as broadband Ethernet access, PPPoE access and so on . Meanwhile, according to the current IP address, a preliminary allocation of IP addresses ( equipment interconnection and equipment management)is made a network topology of core network is developed.Dezhou CNC is the dominant operator which has access network resources ,complete network facilities , the advantage of brands and services and highly competitiveness . But Dezhou telecommunications; and Dezhou CTT both increase the construction of broadband Internet, Dezhou CNC faces with the strong competition from other operators. To meet changes in the pattern of competition, we must take advantage of network resources, continuously improve its competitivenes and open up the telecommunications market to meet the challenges ahead.The implement of this optimization program is of great significance for accelerating the development of Dezhou CNC Broadband IP business and is the only way to build qualified MAN. Through the optimization of the network, it will be beneficial to the Broadband Network business, creating value and providing long-term services for customers,so as to put Dezhou CNC in a more favorable position in the increasingly fierce Metro IP business competition.
