Design And Archievement Of Liaoning Netcom Online Collection Complex Preprocessing System

Liaoning Netcom collection system is in charge of the collection work of the billing toll of long-distance telephone, local telephone and all other kinds of services and sends the data to provincial collection server where the original data is gathered and preprocessed.This paper mainly focuses on the general design and setup process of the online collection system. At the mean while during the setup process of Liaoning online collection system, it demonstrates and improves during the practical production work, try to achieve favorable position for the competition of future market and at the same time provides references for other national telecom providers to strengthen the international competition level.Online collection complex preprocess system mainly contains two main modules: first, online collection, complex preprocess. Online means the direct connection to switches and proceeds paralleled communication with switches. Because there are different kinds of switches and the switches of the same kinds are of different software versions, the online collection work is comparatively speaking. Collection means getting phoning list from the switches by communicating with the switches under related network protocol. The online collection complex preprocess system continuously send the processed billing toll to the later systems such as billing system and tolling system.This project mainly uses the DCN network of the company for network communication. Therefore, the design of network mainly considers the transportation band width, network safety and the ability in containing redundancies.
