The Research And Implementation Of The OSS Based Administration System Of Telecom Integrated OA

With the development of Internet and web technology, many kinds of fresh technical means are supplied for Telecom Integrated Office Automation System. By building an open environment for OA system, new generation OA, which is based on web technology, overcomes restraints of simplex function and difficultness to share information with other colleagues between inside and outside enterprise, establishes a dynamic controllable uniform integrative platform, supplies the advanced solutions of management informationization for enterprise.Based on the research of the status in Telecom Integrated Office Automation System, Open Source Software, OSS for short, and J2EE technology are used to support the new generation OA system. Telecom Integrated Office Automation System is designed and implemented on J2EE platform and OSS tools in which MVC-based web design pattern is adopted.Some mainstream OSS tools that can guarantee the quality of system performance and, significantly reducing project costs. In this paper, after a brief introduction to the major Open Source Software projects, J2EE architecture and major OSS tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate, CVS and so on, are discussed in detail.As a new generation OA System, system architecture which take the database as background tier, data processing and analyzing application as middle tier, Web application as front tier is adopted. Web design pattern of JSP Model2 which based on J2EE MVC pattern is adopted to design the whole system, this can divide the application into business module, application controlling module and data displaying module in effect without worrying about coupling problems, improve efficiency and flexility of the application, develop the system in an orderly way, convenient for integration, maintenance and upgrade.
