Research On The Data Pretreatment Technique In Telecom Analysis System

Recently China telecom is enjoying its high-level development, while the competition is more drastic. In order to improve its service, efficient decision-making process is urgent. Because of the sharply increasing of the telecommunication data scale and the complexity of the service type, the traditional database technology has not been able to satisfy the processing demand of the great deal of data. At the same time the appearance of data warehouse technology and data analysis technology, which has provided the highly effective data-handling capacity and the good data analysis tool for the enterprise, have provided a better support to the scientific decision-making analysis. Business analysis system is exactly this kind of supporting system which uses the frame of data warehouse to assist the decision-making process.During many years of development, Telecommunication carriers have implement lots of business support systems. However, these systems are separate and the share of information is difficult, so there is no way of deep data analysis and mine in the view of the whole corporation. Business Analysis system extracts various data from one or more sources and stores them into an uniform environment using data pretreatment technologies in the purpose of implementing decision-support and OLAP queries, making scientific and logic forecast of business and product, grasping market trends in time and adapting into the more and more austere market competition environment.This paper mainly carries on the several topics as follows: 1,Introduce and analyze the Business Analysis system in the context of the application in telecom carriers and point out the importance of data pretreatment process;2,Design and establish the frame of Business Analysis system and uniform standard of data pretreatment;3,Implement the flow control of data pretreatment process and realize the basic functions of Business Analysis system;One business analysis system has run well since the first day it was used and received repute from many departments. With maintanence and improvement, it will surely play a more vital role in the process of business analysis.
