The dissertation comes up with the IRIG-B time server solution based on The Compass Navigation Satellite System (CNSS) through the analysis of current development of time Synchronization.By introducing the concept of time Synchronization, the current status of IRIG-B development and application, satellite timing-synchronization solution, and its key technology, the CNSS-based designing scheme and systematic architecture with higher security and reliability are presented.In modern electronic system, such as telecommunication system, data processing system, and military equipment, both accurate timing information and rectification of system time get more and more necessary. In response to the requirement above, this paper asserts a digital design scheme adopting IRIG-B-formatted timing series code. The operating principle, methodology and implementation of digital encoding technology are fully discussed and analyzed after IRIG-B format is introduced. In this scheme the DDS technology and high-precision coding program are utilized to ensure the time synchronization precision of IRIG signal. In full compliance with user demand, the Master-Slave system architecture is adopted using the receiver installed in master clock to synchronize the slave-clock equipment.The space segment for the Compass Navigation Satellite Experimental System, or BeiDou-1 in its Chinese name, consist of three satellites launched by P. R. China. This system is the first-generation Navigation & Positioning system and comprises the regional positioning network. In other words, the system is able to provide all-weather, full positioning and timing service. CNSS, exploited by China, has the high strategic security that is especially suitable for extensive application in key departments and industries in our country.The scheme uses digital processing and BeiDou satellite synchronization techniques with novel design, advanced technology, and high-precision timing, and great security. Therefore, this system truly conforms to the industrial policy for development of BeiDou Navigation and will have highly-valued application and prospect.
