It is obviously that the developing Socio-economic Dimensions of Globalization and the science and technology of information change quickly. Today, the science and technology of information is developing for the direction of the network, digital, intellective, the development of technology and correlating domain of internet, micro-electronics, Software, Mobile Communication, and Digetal vedio, which will be becoming the domain of the taking on the developing potential.The thesis task comes from the syncretizingof the three information acnode, including the internet, the broadcasting, and the mobile. In this text it uses a new kind of data exchange according to some network protocol, which discriminates between the traditional protocols of the transport layer and the network layer such as TCP/IP etc. It adopts Intelligent Grouping and Resource Sharing to carry on data exchange, completing to encapsulation the Stack by pipe, providing the conveniency for the applying. The standard is a protocol standard of the application layer, established for connecting the information technique equipments intellectively with each other, resources-sharing, and cooperating with other services. It adopts the open system structure, and supports various applied frames and special application.The main content of this thesis is the data exchangesystem according the many equipmentes, including the following several respects:First, basis the concept the three C syncretizing, the text bring forword the designing scheme of the Data Exchange System according the many equipments, making the Protocol Stack satisfy with the demanding of the embedded device.Second, basis the first, the text designs the Data Exchange System on the Stack, the system consist in the Server and Client. The Server completes two services, including the Data Access Management Service and the Data Transport Management Service.Third, aim at the system server function, the text completes the Client Engine, which can be replant to the embedded device. The embedded device can access the service provided by the other device.Fourth, based on the finished demonstration, putting up the experiment, the experimental result fulfils requirements, and has expanded and looked forward to to the function uncompleted of the system.
