In recent years, with the development of the telecommunication technology and the development of the mobile network, M-commerce is getting more maturity. Many technologies and applications have been emerged, and it id possible to carried on the business at any time and at any place with short message. M-commerce has been widely used in many corporations, such as M-office, M-business, M-location, M-monitor and so on. It shortened the distance between the corporations with the customers.The thesis is about of applications of 2-Dismentional bar code in M-commerce with the theory of business model and value chain. Then, according to the analysis of successful experiences in Japan and Korea, analysis the 2-D bar code application in China now. In this basis, the paper has special analysis the automatic passive identification of 2-D code, especial in e-ticket, e-membership and e- VIP.This thesis compare the RFID to 2-D code in technology and application. Based on above all, analysis the prospects of 2-D code with the development of telecommunication .
