With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,more and more traditional industrial manufacturing relies on computer technology on a large scale.In intelligent industrial manufacturing,product assembly is the last step to complete manufacturing.Industrial products often have multiple components and are disordered.In view of the uncertainty and incompatibility of product assembly sequence scheme evaluation under the background of green manufacturing,this paper proposes a product assembly sequence scheme evaluation method based on rough set theory,extension analysis and D-S evidence theory Home or technician provides final decision making.Based on the theory of extension analysis,the classical domain matter element,nodal matter element and the matter element to be evaluated are established,and the correlation function matrix of the evaluated matter element is obtained.Through the transformation,the discriminant framework of D-S theory is established,and the correlation function is extended to BPA function of D-S theory.By using the weighted fusion evidence fusion rule of join disjunction double operators and the traditional D-S evidence theory,the fusion results of multiple evidences are compared.Finally,the classification results of multiple product assembly sequences and the ordering relations of the same level schemes are obtained.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the subjective experience and uncertainty of the evaluation experts,this paper adopts a calculation method of fuzzy rough index value to carry out fuzzy evaluation for each index of the evaluated things,so as to solve the problem of objective evaluation criteria.(2)In view of the fact that the extension analysis can deal with the incompatibility in the evaluation,this paper uses the extension analysis method to establish the classical domain,the section domain and the evaluation grade of the things to be evaluated with the matter-element theory and the extension set theory as the theoretical framework,and calculates the correlation function of the matter-element to be evaluated with respect to the evaluation grade according to the actual data,and describes the matter-element to beevaluated under a certain subject quantitatively and objectively through the correlation function One is the degree of evaluation level,and different levels of matter elements to be evaluated can be distinguished according to the large area of the correlation function.(3)The evidence in Dempster Shafer's theory is mainly obtained through the knowledge and experience of experts,which has strong subjectivity.In this paper,the method of combining the weighted fusion rule of disjunctive and disjunctive double operators with extension analysis is adopted,which can effectively transform the contradictions in things into compatible ones,thus reducing the conflicts among evidences and optimizing the evidence fusion to the greatest extent The result of the combination.
