| From the seventies of the twentieth century, the excessive growth of medical expenses has become hot spots of government and society, and much useful research is done to restrict medical expenses. In China, unreasonable growth of medical expenses has become an important factor which leads to the tense relations between doctors and patients. In order to control the excessive growth of medical expenses effectively and restrict the medical expenses, a reasonable method is urgently needed to control the medical expenses. At present, classical factor analysis is only method for the study of medical expenses. But the result is seriously affected by special value and interference information in classical factor analysis. There are many special and unexpected cases inevitably in the medical system, so that classical factor analysis is not suitable for data of medical system.To resolve this problem, this paper puts forward the concepts of fuzzy expectation, fuzzy variance, fuzzy covariance, fuzzy correlation coefficient and fuzzy factor analysis model which based on the classical factor analysis. The effect of special value and interference information in data of measure, observation and actual information is greatly reduced, and the result of analysis is more accurate.This paper establishes a data analysis platform which based on classical factor analysis model and fuzzy factor analysis model. This platform can carry out the entire courses of factor analysis, and have the function of comparison of two models, data entry, data management, graphics display and system set.Finally, this paper do the analysis of some hospital patients' medical expenses in the data analysis platform, compare the results of analysis of two models, give the interpretation of the results of analysis and the decisive factor affecting medical expenses.Practice shows that Fuzzy Factor Analysis is more scientific, accurate and feasible in the study of medical expenses. |
