Data acquisition module which is made up of the communication procedure, the parameter setting procedure and data processing procedure, mainly accomplish the acquisition of the temperature signal and data processing. The database modules of the monitoring system adopt the SQL SERVER database and to join the monitoring system by ODBC interface, which realize data storage and inquiry, exactly display the temperature value and the changing trend at the different time by the united way of the numeric display and the graph. Thinking about the large parameters and big controlling missions, the operation interface is divided into eight mainly interface for convenienced the operator. This software system based on Lab Windows/ CVI implement the demand of temperature monitoring, data analysis, technical graph, and printing on time, etc, also can set, amend or inquire the producing parameter and history data by the software. At last the multi_thread programming is adopted to improve the system running efficiency and security.
