At present, there are some problems such as low precision, monitoring system droped behind, history date can't be looked up in the Artificial Crystal Producing Process. In this disseration to design the monitoring system of Artificial Crystal Producing Process based on Lab Windows/ CVI by appling the DSC control theory, communicating with monitoring system and controlling unit.. It is significant in ensuring the safety of the production process and improving production management.In order to work out the the monitoring system of Artificial Crystal Producing Process based on Lab Windows/ CVI, focusing on the monitoring system of Artificial Crystal Producing Process, summarize the domestic and foreign present researches, analyze the characteristic of Artificial Crystal Producing Process and the demands, compare the control ways and system, adopte the research method which combined the theory and practice.The software design is the key part of the system design.1 Adopting the principle of modular programming ways to divide the system into three corresponding subsystem: Data Acquisition Subsystem; Data Management Subsystem and Operation Interface Subsystem, and relize the communication between the monitonring system and controlling unit by RS-485. Data acquisition module which is made up of the communication procedure, the parameter setting procedure and data processing procedure, mainly accomplish the acquisition of the temperature signal and data processing. The database modules of the monitoring system adopt the SQL SERVER database and to join the monitoring system by ODBC interface, which realize data storage and inquiry, exactly display the temperature value and the changing trend at the different time by the united way of the numeric display and the graph. Thinking about the large parameters and big controlling missions, the operation interface is divided into eight mainly interface for convenienced the operator. This software system based on Lab Windows/ CVI implement the demand of temperature monitoring, data analysis, technical graph, and printing on time, etc, also can set, amend or inquire the producing parameter and history data by the software. At last the multi_thread programming is adopted to improve the system running efficiency and security.
