In hydronic systems, each kind of input and the output parameters can beconsidered the Reference factor of checking exception source. Tthat is, system can bejudged work normally or not through monitoring these refereces. We design theinstrument in order to measure differential pressure, temperature and flow in hydronicsystems, and provide the first field data, find possible exception source, solve theproblem, restore the system work normally.This measuring instrument based on the application of the sensor in the fluidcycle system and the knowledge of differential pressure measurement. Thisinstrument gets the temperature through the sensor the signal and flow rate throughthe differential pressure, the balance valve characteristic and the medium type.Thesystem divides into two parts, the sensor part and the instrument unit. The two unitscommunicate wireless or by wire.This article mainly centers on the system hardware design. The sensor part, theinstrument unit, the wireless hardware design and realization method was introduced.The theory of the sensor working, signal magnify and filter processing, the powersource,management electric circuit also was introduced. The antijamming and the lowpower was fully considered in the design.The article introduced the translation and the receive design idea and method,the hardware and software debugging method. Wireless correspondence chip CC 1100was chosen as the core in wireless module.In the software design, the singlechip and the ARM program flow chart wasseparately elaborated. The transplant and the use of operating systemμC/OS-ⅡinARM was introducted simply. The system software adjustment and the digital filtermethod was also introduced.The main contribution of this dissertation can be listed as following:①The system divides into two parts, the sensor part and the instrument unit. Thetwo units communicate wireless or by wire if that is needed;②The expert knowledge of fluid cycle system and the measuring applianceorganized together;③Using the related knowledge of sensor;④The hardware design of sensor part and instrument part, PCB design;⑤The electric circuit debugging and testing of sensor part and instrument part;From above work, the main indexes of the position detecting unit tested satisfythe needs of the item.Moreover it can work stably in the scene.
