With the rapid development of Web technology and B2B E-commerce, a new web-based application-web services arise. It facilitates the Distributed applications communication. Web services build on existing and emerging standards such as Extensible Markup Language (XML), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Web Services Description Language (WSDL) and Universal Description, Discovery and Integration (UDDI).Web services composition is composed of the existing Web service on the network, make them work together to construct the large-scale inter-enterprise B2B application, to provide more reliable, flexible, valuable service for network users. But in the practical application, this kind of process must guarantee the reliability and consistency of the operational result of multi-Web services, and can solve various disorders of operations in time; therefore the Web services composition technology system need the transaction support. Many standard organizations have provided their solution to transaction support for semantic web services, but in their specification don't discuss about transaction support for web services composition. As one of the key techniques of web services, the transaction processing decides whether Web services can be adopted broadly in the enterprises. OASIS, IBM and Microsoft etc. release some transaction specifications concerning web services, including BTP, web services atomic transaction and business activity transaction. But it is difficult to realize all the details in these specifications, and the web services composition character is not considered.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and the present development of Web service and the Web service composition. Secondly, it explains questions that are confronted by the present Web service transaction, and summarizes the current research context in the academic and industrial facet. Thirdly, on the basis of the existing Web service transaction standard, this paper design the transaction process system model, combining the character of Web combination transaction. The model conforms to the WS-C stander and supports composition transaction. The work includes: analyzing characters of Web service combination transaction, constructing the model of Web service composition transaction, and optimizing the business submitted agreement which is aimed at composition transaction, propose the atom transaction agreement on the basis of power value and has carried on the experiment. What's more, this paper put forward a new transaction submitted agreement which aims at the transaction model. In addition, according to the demand of the model for transaction QoS, this paper construct the expansive QoS management framework which has prospects of widespread application in the platform of Web services composition, and carry on the simulation experiment to confirm. Finally, the prototype system is realized and the experimental data confirm feasibility of the system. At the end of this paper, the questions which should be improved in the further research are pointed out.
