Web Services technology presents a new generation of distributed computing pattern, and facilitates the interaction and integrity of heterogeneous, loosely-coupled applications. The Transaction Web is what the Internet is developing into, Which calls for solutions for problems of transactional support of Web Services to guarantee the integrity and reliability of the entire business process.The current Web Services lack the Global transaction support. Traditional transaction semantics and mechanisms can not meet the requirement of the current Web environment. The relative research of Web Services transactions is still in developing, Web Services transaction not only need a set of proper transaction mechanism, but also need an standard protocol for the message transporting in the process of transaction coordination.This paper focuses on the automatic coordination in Web Services transaction. In this paper, we analysis the advanced transaction models and some representative Web transaction protocols, propose a transaction protocol based on THP, and research corresponding coordination algorithms, state conversion. The model we propose can efficiently process the automatic coordination of Web Services transaction and can handle atomic transaction and conversation transaction. We also design a prototype system to verify the model. At last, a parameter optimization of THP in our transaction model is discussed, and a computing method for the parameter is proposed and performance analysis is made.
