The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Information Portal And Network & Service Monitoring Systems

Information technologies are widely applied in enterprise production, innovation, business and management. This not only improves and enforces the integrated enterprise management of physical distribution, financing distribution and information distribution, but also has a strong impact on traditional business ideas and management models, and thus brings an essential revolution and innovation. In China, many enterprises speed up information devolopement, but they encouter many problems on enterprise information system and system security integration.For example, in the recent years, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (SinoPEC) has built several information systems such as retail management, transportation management, office automation and so on. At the same time, it has installed networked IC terminals in gas stations around China, implemented automatic gathering of greaser data and gas level data, and also implemented networked retail management. As rapid development of SinaoPEC information systems, knowledge management based enterprise information portals (EIP) and network & service operation monitoring systems are emerging as key research topics.In order to resolve the above problems in XX province SinoPEC information sysytem, this paper studies the implementation technologies of EIP and the network & service operation monitoring systems.In this paper, we firstly studies some key technologies as well as trends of EIP and network & service operation monitoring systems, and deeply analyses the status and trend of XX province SinoPEC information systems as well as requirements of EIP desigh. Then, a design scheme of the SinoPEC-EIP is proposed, which includes the internal portal and the external portal. The internal portal consists of the portal WEB server, the privilege management system, the information distribution system, the knowledge database management system, the document transfer system, and the data integration service system.The unified security and privilege management are the key techonologies of EIP. According to the requirments of SinoPEC-EIP, the paper proposes a management model which is hierachecal, role-based and organization-oriented. We designs the privilege management system, and set up the SinoPEC-EIP enterprise unified security plateform based on unified user authentication, role management, priviledge management and access control.The paper also researches some critical technologies of network & service operation monitoring systems, and proposes a distributed and hierachecal SinoPEC-OMS design scheme acoording to the features of SinoPEC networks and services.The system operation status and test results show that the implementation schemes proposed by the author are advanced, reasonable and feasible, and meet the requirements of XX province SinoPEC.
