Digital signal processing has become one of a key technique of information processing in modern radar technology. High speed parallel processor's design and realization in the radar sub-system is emphatically studied in the article in multi-sensors battlefield information acquisition system based on vehicle. In the second chapter, based on the multi-piece parallel system in sharing the close coupling bus and distribution bus, the speedup property of ADSP-TS101 is analyzed using the Amdahl law and the Gustafson law. The ADSP-TS101's pipeline in parallel system is also analyzed. The radar signal processor constituted with four pieces of ADSP-TS101 is designed based on the sharing parallel bus and distributional bus.In the third chapter, for the infrared sub-system is unable to achieve down range velocity, the radar works in the linear frequency modulation way, velocity measurement using single LFM pulse is analyzed. Two algorithms are derived, which are called linear-phase-term-method and quadratic-phase-term-method respectively. Lots of simulation evaluate feasibility of the two algorithms. Phase difference correcting methods on discrete spectrum is used to modify the doppler frequency estimation. Simulation demonstrates that the efficient is improved in case that operation is not increased.
