| The Armed Police service is one of the central tasks of CAPF. Now the development and popularity of network technology have provided Armed Police service information management with great opportunities which have never been met in the past. As a result, CAPF can make use of the modern information technology to enhance the working efficiency of the service information management. Web GIS is able to provide users with powerful spatial information management and a supportive environment for highly share. It can also provide a centralized and unified user interface. It is the ideal platform to establish service management information system of CAPF.The thesis introduces briefly about the developing actuality of Web GIS and the integrated principle of Web GIS and management information system. It also discusses thoroughly about the working principal and exploitation technology of Web GIS. On the base of this, it studies the following key technologies: spatial database modeling, the exploitation of web GIS, spatial query, multi-level accessing control system and database cryptograph, etc, and then put them in practice in the service management information system development of CAPF. The thesis introduces in details about the key steps of the system development: the preliminary design, the detailed design, system test, and presents the completely solution of the system. It has a specific practical value in enhancing the service information management efficiency of CAPF. |
