This dissertation analyzes comprehensively the current development situation about test technology on aircraft 3D-position, based on traditional study, and studied the design program and principle on the real time test device getting missile reference of high roll rate with referencing many position test program designs.Analyzed the design principle of the program mathematically, this paper built the corresponding mathematic model, and discussed the hardware circuit design of the test device detailedly along with debugging, software for reading date design, rotation simulation table experiment. About the arithmetic, it gave the mathematical resolution program using multi-information fusing method, which is attained from the acceleration sensors and the earth magnetic field orientation sensors; furthermore, it analyzed diverse errors that affect the arithmetic precision and the test process. With respect to hardware design, it discussed deeply the sensor selection and design, signal debug, A/D transformation, and CPLD control, respectively, it also discussed the main problem when debugging with the resolutions; it has also be paid attention to the tiny volume and low power consumption of the test device in hardware design. On the software for reading date design, it introduced briefly every module of the fundamental missile rotation reference test software. On the simulation rotating pedestal experiment, it presented the rotation pedestal's functions, experiment steps, and did some analyzing on the experimental data, and calibrated the acceleration sensor base line with the former results. At last, it presented conclusion on the innovation and weak points in this research and the problems in the following work, for the study still needs some time to complete.
