In the spinning projectile flight stability measurement theory, nutation angle change is normal or not is a direct factor of the flight stability judgment. The projectile nutation parameters is one of the most important parameters of spinning projectile in exterior ballistic measurement, when the projectile in flight by the nutational motion generated power is too large, the fuze mechanism appears abnormal state, has important influence on projectile fuze reliability. Test data about the high-speed rotation trajectory of nutation parameters provide an important basis for the optimization design of the rotary missile. The most advanced projectile nutation test method is the estimation of Doppler radar data was analyzed and extracted from the RCS of a target is based on, and then obtain the projectile nutation angle. However, the method is very demanding, and the data processing is very complex. It is due to the testing methods of various spinning projectile nutation by itself or the constraints of the environment, making their application scope has limitations to a wide range of promotion.Based on the above reasons, this paper proposes a new testing method of spinning projectile nutation. The method of triaxial magnetic sensor and storage testing technology based on, according to the characteristics of spinning projectile nutation motion establish calculation mathematical model of nutation parameters. The experimental data obtained by a live test calculates the spinning projectile at a muzzle nutation parameters, verify the feasibility of the test method. The method with previous methods for testing the nutation compared not only the method is simple, and the cost is low, but also from weather effects and test error does not accumulate, the design of the rotating shells optimization has an important reference value.Based on careful study and learn the basic theory and related theory on the memory test, the research on the following aspects:(1) The magnetic field is studied according to the related theory of spinning projectile in exterior ballistics and coordinate transformation theory and the definition of the various coordinate systems. A mathematical model of the projectile nutation movement, put forward the calculation formula of spinning projectile nutation parameters.(2) According to the test requirements, selected suitable magnetic induction sensor, based on the elastic load test theory is designed to meet the bomb under the environment of nutation test system based on three-axis magnetic sensor, the realization of the projectile magnetic field strength live measurement.(3) Simulation experiment and ballistic testing of the test system, according to the test data recovery solutions calculated spinning projectile nutation parameters. This is further evidence of the correctness and reliability of the testing method of the nutation.
