With much new technique such as aviation, astronavigation, radar, laser, microelectronic technique, computer, and so on, appeared last century, required precision of the machining is more and more precise. The required precision is also applicable for the bearing manufacturing. At present the conventional methods of the bearing precision measurement is not applicable for the needs of the fast industry development and the needs to the bearing precision for new technique in domestic. In order to solve these problems, the dissertation studies inductive circular degree online measurement system.At first, the feasibility of inductive circular degree measurement has been analyzed in the dissertation, then its hardware electric circuit and corresponding processing and display software have been studied, finally the experiment results have been obtained.In the developed system, the method of multiply periodic in-step frequency measurement is used. The differential half bridge inductive sensor is set to the capacity three-points oscillating circuit. The change of the displacement is transferred to the change of the frequency by the oscillating circuit. Then the frequency signal is transferred to the square wave signal. And the number of square wave that is gained by the numerator circuit is transferred to the displacement by the multiply periodic in-step frequency measurement circuit and the system of the single chip .In the software design, by means of modularized program design strategy, software including system monitor routine module, data processing module, the single chip correspondence module and PC operating interface module, PC correspondence module has been programmed.The character of the system is measured by the experiment. The experiment results indicate that the system can be used in the following conditions: in the room temperature, measurement range of the measured displacement between negative 2 mm and positive 2 mm, the measurement speed is 125 times per second, the precision is 0.2μm. The research of this system lays a good foundation for further development of multiply channel, multiply measuring range and other micro displacement measurement.
