Traditional drying system builds the mathematic model based on the internal mechaism. This paper simulates the input-output data of the vehicle license drying plant. Then we will make an indentification using neural network to build the mathematic model.The drying plant uses the fan to provide the wind and the heater to provide the energy to dry the aluminum sheet. External temperature and humidity have great influences on the water contained in the air poured in. Here we design the external input according to the spring, autumer, summer and winter weather. We verify the correlation between these variables to prove the inputs can represent the actual inputs.At last we compute the output of the drying system.Finally, based on the input-output data, we build the drying system's model using neural network.
