As the third information technology tide after Internet and Web, Grid service was drawing on the existing electricity grid network concept. It attempts to connect all of the Internet resources.That is the whole integration of the Internet into a huge super-computer, including computing resources, storage resources, communication resources, software resources information resources, and knowledge resources. It ultimately realizes the network resource sharing and collaborative virtual environment. It thoroughly eliminates"information isolation" and"isolated island resources".The grid is common in many organizations by the virtual organization(VO) to solve the coordination and sharing of resources stated. Agent theory is the rapid development of artificial intelligence, computer science and advanced technology. It has been applied in various fields. At present, due to the increased demands, requirements of a common goal of a complete agent cooperation has also become increasingly popular.The grid is a distribution, complex infrastructure above Internet. It must achieve resources sharing and resources united to meet the user need. This is similar the Agent environment and the goal.This thesis first generalized analysis grid technology, Agent technology, Ontology theory, and protege tool. It has developed the computer-microorganism ontology, comes the precise definition ontology related attribute with the OWL(Ontology Web Language) to describe ontology and WordNet. It uses Racer tool to carry on the logical inference, and verify the ontology. The Agent realization has inherited the CIAgent frame, uses RDF(Resource Description Framework) to express the Agent communication language semantics. It uses Jena tool to carry on ontology semantic inference.The contents of the thesis are as follows:Chapter 1, summarized the grid, Agent, the ontology current research present situation and in the grid environment as well as the Agent application.Chapter 2, introduced grid information service Agent, including the grid system structure and development platform. Introduced the Agent system structure and Agent in the grid application. Finally designed grid information service Agent which this thesis mentioned(GISA).Chapter 3, introduced ontology theory and its development tool-protégé, and designed the computer-microorganism.Chapter 4, introduced conversation policy of GISA and Dooley Graph and the evolution of conversation policy.Chapter 5, realized the GISA conversation policy under the simulation grid environment, mainly has solved 2 kinds of problems: The inquiry and the event inform.The contribution of this thesis is that it has realized the Agent conversation issue under the simulation grid environment. It was with the GISAs conversation eliminated the semantic conflict through the establishment of ontology. Through the Dooley description, it enables the conversations of Agents to be visible.
