Many new technologies come forth uninterruptedly along with the development of the computer network. The remote control of network has arrested more attention because of it's agility in design and expandability, it's advantage in diagnose and maintenance, it's abundance in available resource. The proposed protocol of IPv6 in recent years resolved the absence of address space which baffles the development of network. It also provides better service, shorter identifier, faster Route, more effective safety mechanism. It also provides plug and play technology support for mobile node. It provides better platform for network control and make network control grow rapidly in many domains. But now products that sustain IPv6 lack which restrain the remote network control from developing.The supervise control and safety of network control depend on the measurement of parameters. But there is a lack of products that transmit sensor data to IPv6. In order to resolve "the last ten meters", a sensor embedded gateway based on IPv6 and made up of 51 singlechip and RTL8019AS CMOS chip is promoted. The gateway collects sensor data, makes A/D conversion and protocol encapsulation, and then sends them to Internet based on IPv6. Detailed contents are:1. New method of sensor data transmitted by network and of TCP/IP protocol cutting out and realizing are promoted via analysis of TCP/IP protocol and characteristic of data transmitting in Internet.2. Selected appropriate network CMOS chip and A/D CMOS chip on the base of 51 CMOS chip, finished the hardware design for sensor data transmitted by network.3. Realized the transplant of embeddedμC/OS- II operate system on the base of 51 CMOS chip, took full advantage of the multitask, queue and message mechanism ofμC/OS- II operate system, realized fast and correct conversion of sensor data, and made the data transmitted on network be convenient.
