Design And Implementation Of Crew Scheduling System For The High-Speed Passenger Special Line

Crew scheduling is always an important problem in the field of transportation , railway airways urban transportation departments have been searching for the reasonable methods of crew scheduling . The crew scheduling is the foundation of implementing crewing, is the main reference of the leaders'decision and calculating crew's interest. The process of manully making a useable crew schedule offen needs a lot of time and cannot meet actual requirements, while the high-speed passenger special line is under construction and will be operational soon,it puts a higher demand for crew scheduling, manuly crew scheduling does not meet the objective needs. Under above circumstances,the crew scheduling system for high-speed passenger special line is developed, it would provide a useable and optimized scheme.The paper introduces these basic services in crew systems such as assigning crew system the crew pooling system and so on, and analyses the needs of the crew scheduling system for high-speed passenger special line; designs the system from such aspects as the system target the system process design the system function design, the system database design development environment and so on. After discussing the algorithm and mathematic model of staff shifts, SE algorithm backtracking algorithm and branch and bound algorithm are choosed to design detailly the system,the system realizes crew section automatic dividing and classifying. SE algorithm and backtracking are used to scheduling crew; and the system provides convenient adjusted means and supportion to check crew rules when adjusting. The system also provides the function of transmitting crew scheduling seaching crew scheduling and statistic.The system provides perfect functions and has beautiful interface. After used, it would save a lot of manpower and material resources and can improve efficiency.
