With the progress of acoustics technology now, there is a great development in Audio Power Amplifier. And every Audio Power Amplifier needs a nice Audio Power Amplifier Supply. In a general way, the cost of the Audio Power Amplifier Supply is almost half of the Audio Power Amplifier. It is obvious that the Audio Power Amplifier Supply is very important to the Audio Power Amplifier.A design proposal about Audio Power Amplifier Supply is put forward in this thesis. Some theoretical analysis, simulation study and experiment are made. Specificly include:A new One-Cycle-Control (OCC) technology is introduced to front Active Power Factor Circuit (APFC). Detailed analysis of this circuit is made. And simulation experiment is finished. At last design and test of circuit is completed.Because of the hard condition need of Audio Power Amplifier Supply, such as temporal response, frequency response, load adjustment rate and power supply adjustment rate, the LLC resonant converter is introduced to fill the requirements of high-power Audio Power Amplifier Supply design. It make response time to be raised toμS , Which the working frequency of main circuit exceed 100 kHz ; The noise of switching change don't exist in the audio output; And because of the taking soft switching technology, the power ratio is greatly improved. It's proved that LLC resonant converter can fit the Audio Power Amplifier Supply in the simulation and experiment.
