Shengjing Times is the first Chinese paper in the northeast of China, which started publication in 1900s by a Japanese, reflecting political station, commerce news and daily life condition of the time, and it is the best materials for our posterity to studies the northeast modern histories and Chinese modern histories, even the histories between China and Japan . According to Shengjing Times's total issue time is too long and the contents are too much, the publication in the late Qing Dynasty will only be used as the main research object in this text, wading other periods slightly. After reading the source materials about 2000 periodicals, the way of history and dissemination has been used, the author combine it as one kind of mass media with its background to takeing the study. The whole article is constitute by the foreword and text.The foreword introduction the historical data value of Shengjing Times, and the research and the value circumstance in currently educational circles of Shengjing Times.The text is divided into four chapters totally. Chapter 1 discuss Shengjing Times'publication, main with three background——the war between Japan and Russia just be over, the Japanese runs newspaper at the second-time high tide in China, the circumstance of the newspaper'publication in the northeast of the late Qing Dynasty. Pass analyze Zhongdao zhengxiong consistent conduct and actions——"found a state life ambition"and he published the few newspapers in the past to get the aim of Shengjing Times. Chapter 2 analyze it's appearance and the marketing, aim at Shengjing Times'layout of printed sheet design, contents, the column eyes divide the line, selling price, annual, the publication time etc. to launch the research, try to look for it's special place of the appearance. Conducting and saling is also the key to succeed for one newspaper, the principle of management of the newspaper has something to do with publish sell measure.
