Ordinary optic interferometric methane monitoring device has stable performance, long life span and high accuracy,so it is the most popular convenient methane monitoring device in our country's mine. But it still has low automation level, fussy measuring methods, big artificial error , indirect reading and cannot store the data. Aiming at these disadvantages, according the principle of optic interferometric methane device, combining the photo-electricity and electronic technology, founding on image analyse and information manipulation,we design a new embedded optic interferometric methane monitoring device based on linear CCD.Detecting the position of the white base line and black base line in the interferometric stripe is the key of system,we use linear CCD imaging to obtain the position of stripe.CCD is a particular photo-electricity semiconductor, which is abroad used in camera, industry detection and other areas. The technology of CCD can realize high precise and non-contact detection requirement, especially in the accurate position detection. The system uses CPLD as RAM address generator and CCD Chip's driver. CCD output signal is stroed in SRAM after been amplified, filterd, sampled and quantified. The MCU analyses and processes the data according to centroid algorithm, stores and displays methane value referring to reference quotiety. The system gives an alarm when the value exceeds. User can use the RS232 to transfer data to computer. The system has the excellence of using convenience, high precision, and can store the data. Via solve the disadvantages of ordinary optic interferometric methane monitoring device , the embedded optic interferometric methane device improves the technical index and function greatly.
