With the consistent development of digital technology, the digital television must take place of the simulation television worldwide. And in China, the digital television runs in the form of the wired, which is becoming a new form of mainstream media gradually. As we know, any new life must come across some problems no doubt, and the digital television is without exception. With its advanced technology support, the digital television brings us the unprecedented feeling to the audience, however it also changes the traditional way of TV reception from being free of watching to paying for it. It becomes a great challenge to make our audience be happy to accept this change, only if the amount of money they pay for is in proportion of they get, this problem could be solved. To improve the service of the digital television, this article is built on the basis of the theory of CRM applying widely in the profession of production, with the aim of exploring for the development of the digital television. Thinking of its inherent characteristic of massive geography information data, it requires introducing the GIS technology into the CRM system. This article analyses the recent situation of the wired digital television, finds out its crucial problem of low satisfaction among audience. Finally, presents the solving way of CRM system. This article clearly states how to applying GIS to CRM system of the digital television and how to do demand analysis, system design, system realization and test on the side of the technical realization. In a word, this article has very strong practical significance.
