Petrochemical is one of the dominating industries in our country and very important to national economy. The simulation technique has been used in all phases of Petrochemical production widely. The Petrochemical production Simulator for Training System is an important application in Petrochemical production process. It is very important to training operators, evaluation installations, improving efficiency and avoiding possibility of trouble.With the development of production process and the expanding of the production scale, the request of Petrochemical productions is higher, and the importance of simulation technique is more visible. So the research on Petrochemical production process simulation is very necessary.For the Petrochemical production simulation system, modeling which describes the working performance is the most important and elementary part. An accurate high- efficiency simulation model is the foundation to a good simulation system. And modeling methods are very important to improve the quality and efficiency of mathematic model. So the research on the modeling methods is indispensable. At present, there are three kinds of modeling methods. The methods include principle modeling which based on principle analysis, identification modeling which based on identification method and hybrid modeling which adopting the advantages of two methods mentioned before. The excellences of principle modeling are high-principle, high-precision and wide-application, while the shortcomings are complex and difficult. Identification modeling which depends on industry data can deal with the uncertainty questions in simulation process, but its accuracy is low. In view of the foregoing analysis, the paper aims at the characteristics of Petrochemical production process mathematic model and brings forward a hybrid modeling method which is based on principle model and proofreads the model parameter using industry data. This method resolves the questions of model precision, model response speed and model wide-using. It is adapt to model of The Petrochemical production Simulator for Training System.Main research:1. Principle modeling, identification modeling and hybrid modeling are compared. And in view of the compare, the paper brings forward a hybrid modeling method which is based on principle model and proofreads the model parameter using industry data. To validate the feasibility and practicability of the method, an exchanger dynamic simulation model is built.2. The exchanger simulation plat which is based on the construct idea of FPSO Simulator for Training System is built. The realization of plat: The DCS configuration interface of I/A Series made by FOXBORO company is the host machine; The exchanger model is the subordinate machine; OPC is the communication tool between the host machine and the subordinate machine.
