The recruiting in long-distance on Internet is basically realized in 31 provinces throughout the country in 2002. The successful application of the recruiting system makes the management of the recruiting is transformed revolutionarily. The collected and distributed information of examinee is a indispensable and preliminary work of recruiting on Internet. The collection and distribution of the electronic file of the entrance examinations is a systemic App project, which should be considered the problem of the system structure, the optimized storage in database, the paroxysmal access in a large scale, the electronic photography and the security of the information. It's also considered the condition of going to Internet, the problem of information technology level in high-school students, the acceptation of it in the society and the confirmation and denying of the information. It's a common problem in network application in a large scale. Aiming at the load equilibrium of the web server in the system the paper accomplishes the next task:1.The paper puts forward that the stand-alone is replaced by mutil-server. Through mutil-server managing the requests of clients, the load can be shared in several servers, which may lighten the load in single server and guarantee the system to be transparent to clients.2.The paper researches on the usual arithmetic of the load equilibrium. Aiming at the characteristic of the server, the paper adopts dynamic Weighted Least-Connection Scheduling arithmetic as the main equilibrium arithmetic, which is adapted to web access request.3.The paper is based on Linux Visual Server (LVS), and adopts Direct Router (DR) mode. It also makes progress on LVS, which realizes the backup equilibrium and the synchronization of the files.
