Load cell was affected by environmental factors in the work, particularly the environmental temperature. This is because the components of the load cell, such as elastic body, it's mechanical properties and geometry will be changed with the temperature changing; the components of electronic circuit have a certain temperature parameters; the component of the strain sensor such as strain gauge, adhesive, solder joint thermoelectric power will be changed too with the temperature changing. Domestic and foreign scholars draw the study on the temperature characteristic of sensor on how to reduce or eliminate the impact of output characteristics from temperature changing. We will do some research into associated relation under the same conditions of temperature and different loading condition or the different temperature and same loading conditions. To solve complicated process, too long time and the use of high-cost equipment during test the temperature characteristics of load cell, simply testing methods and ensure test results.Through the experiment, we reach the following conclusion:1. Under normal circumstances, the zero load temperature influence value of load cell must greater than or equal to the sensitivity temperature influence value.2. In a certain range of allowable error, we can use the zero load temperature influence value instead the sensitivity temperature influence value. 3. By analyzing and observing different load's temperature characteristics output curve we can see a similar linear output characteristic curve. Compare temperature derivative values in different loads process and return, we can draw the following conclusions: the volatility of the process is 1.013335 times as in return. And under different loads at the same temperature changes within the margin of output (and expressed K t' ) have a certain proportion: the relationship is established.4. Through testing and ANSYS thermal analysis and argues that come to the load cell used in the experiments will meet uniform temperature distribution within 30 minutes'insulation.5. In light of the existing problem during the test of the actual temperature characteristics and process that use flexible insulation installed to replace the traditional temperature devices.These are the key elements in this paper. These conclusions are of great significance to simplify temperature tests of sensor, improving test efficiency, improve equipment utilization and reduce testing costs.
