Study On CO Concentration Monitoring Based On CDMA

Recent years, during the production of industry, carbon monoxide poisoning and explosion is accident, which is harm to the safety of lives of people and our national property seriously, making lots of loss to life safety and national economy. So it is very important to the safety of lives of people and environment protection while realizing remote real-time and online measure to carbon monoxide.The experience is summarized based on the reference of the gas monitoring methods of inside and outside, combining modern advanced CDMA network with carbon monoxide concentration monitoring system, using spectrum absorption theory, a quick sensitive and exact system is designed to online monitoring carbon monoxide concentration.Based on spectrum absorption theory, carbon monoxide near-infrared absorption line is choose, the component of optic part is designed. Considering the pertinence and feebleness performance, weak signal measurement circuit is designed with the core of lock-in amplifier, using the light source modulation harmonic measure to realize measurement. The Virtual Instrument graphic software LabVIEW is used to program, date proceeding and individuation carbon monoxide Virtual Instrument system is realized. Network card and software program are applied in gas concentration sensor, making carbon monoxide gas sensor and computer into Browser/Server configuration, then some places carbon monoxide concentration can be monitored. In the long-distance monitoring platform part, short message is used to send date, CDMA network incept the short message that computer send by antenna, then exporting result to computer by CDMA module, to realize connect with environment monitoring network.Compared with traditional carbon monoxide concentration monitoring met-hods, the carbon monoxide monitoring system combined with CDMA network, is simple quick and exact, it realizes real-time online monitor, so it is a good developmental gas monitoring system.
