With the quantity of coated glass used in the large modern building is increased more and more fast, the appearance quality of coated glass is becoming more and more important. To assure the appearance quality of coated glass, much control must be put on the process of coated glass production. The glass conforming to the national standard and industry could enter market. Therefore,the character of color difference should be detected carefully and the task is imperative under the situation.On the basis of reading and studying a great number of information abroad and home,online detection system for the color difference of coated glass has been studied in this paper. And based on the integral principle that is low costly and accurate. The main work as follows:(1)An online and multicenter detecting manner used for detecting color difference is purposed. The manner is based on the principle that the reflectance of visual light by different wavelength will be different when the visual light is reflected by different materials, and the color of target is gained by use of collecting the spectrum of reflected light.(2)The photoelectric sensor is designed. Combining with the technology of digital signal processing,accurate collection of photoelectric signal is achieved.(3)The Date Acquisition is used for the multicenter collection of photoelectric signal. The Date Acquisition can collect signal in a high speed and storage of signal. The function of collected signal is stored, caculated and presented through the controlling and display software devised for the signal. And the function of track and surveillance are realized for the production on produnction line.(4)The two revised methods of error are brought forward. One of each is real-time addition method, and the detecting errors are declined effectively bythis method. Another is realized throuth the kalman filter arithmetic, the errors of system are eliminated largely. The two methods are conbined with each other would make the collected signal more accurate.Lastly, the whole debug is realized through the combination of hardware and software. And the comparatively accurate detection function of color difference for coated glass is completed automatically.
