The Design And The Realization Of The Labor Force Sub-system Of Haidian Labor Social Security Platform

Country Labor force system is a sub-system of Haidian Labor Social Security Information Platform (HDLSS) .The goal object of the project is to establish the banner of Haidian Labor Social Security, which take labor force employment and re-employment project as the point and then drives citizen do business online. The System ensures that the department of social security know better of pool of labor power, social insurance and the development condition of enterprise. And also openning an exhibition, decision, policy establishment to provide information support for various business that the labor and the society guarantees a work , Contributing efforts to social business enterprise and worker bitterly. The platform aims at the staff in Labor force employment department and the region department. We pick-up labor force information and set up database, making use of the net of Haidian Information Service, managing all the force centralized. It improved the efficiency of government.In this paper, we will achieve a semi-auto development frame relying on the system business. Semi-auto means that we will abstract the business at the maximum extent. It also means that the programmer will concern no more or little about the bottom code. We will implement some common operation of business. If referring to the specific business, it also relies to the programmer.We will use the most popular technology and the most mature software development logos. And this frame will not depend on any product. The programmer will never think about how to write the SQL for oracle database. We use Struts + Hibernate + Spring to develop.We will resolve the following problem:1. At maximum reducing the programmer' s workload, implementing the common used function as much as possible. Trying to bring down the difficulty of development.2. Use the proper design pattern and get high expansibility.3. Complete the design and the realization of the labor force subsystem.
