To make full support for server business sales' prospect, achieve department's management and operation objects, and enhance the management of sales, Lenovo server department founded the Server Business System according to the convenience of customer relation management. The system is based on the practical operation requirement, aiming at more value creation, consulting the mature theories of Lenovo's related sales system, combined with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and business decision support making assistance theories to represent customers' requirements efficiently and punctually.The thesis takes use of RUP as a software device, UML as designing language, .NET as framework of tech-platform, deduces from the survey and system designing for server marketing management to make detailed analysis of customer classification, gold-medal info-management, sales statistic analysis and sales forecast modules. Especially, the designing theories based on Customer Relationship Management is used in the whole system designing, which reaches the intention of fully making used of customer resources The software implementation uses B/S architecture . In the achieving of system, the classic three-layer module, which indicates representative layer, business logic layer, statistics visiting layer, is used together with product designing theory to provide satisfaction for server marketing. Achieved system is under control in aspects of united administration, authority management, unexpected issues management, and system log with Lenovo System Framework.The thesis analyses the background of system developing, domestic, foreign development progress of sales info-management system to make the description of solution of system problems. The abstract describes the general situation of the system, system requirement analysis, and framework design. Finally, the text provides description of most representative designing and achieving of practical examples.Now, this system has run for several days and integrated with other business system well in Lenovo System Framework. This system realized the distinguishing of customer, gold brand service, sale data analysis and sale forecast.
