CyberCity is the digital technical service system which is synthetically applying such as Geographical Information System (GIS ) , Remote Sensing( RS ) , Satellite Positioning System , Computer Network , Multimedia , Virtual Simulation and so on many kinds of technical methods , automatically gathers and dynamically manages City's infrastructure , function mechanism , and at last assists Decision-making Supports .The Three-Dimensional Urban GIS ( 3D UGIS ) is the key supporting technology of the CyberCity . And its core research content is to construct the "3D Scene System " of CyberCity .Reconstructing digital small area is the thematic application of constructing CyberCity , and also needs certain key technologys to support it . Such as building 3D Spatial Data Model , huge spatial data' s storage method in spatial database , and reconstructing 3D virtual scene . And this thesis precisely centers on these key problems to launch research .The paper is mainly composed of the following aspects :(1) Apply OOD methods , this thesis proposes one kind of Object-Oriented 3D Spatial Data Model which is suitable for 3D Visualization .(2) In view of huge spatial data 's storage methods and managements , this thesis uses ODL to define spatial database pattern , and studies the spatial data, attribute data integrating storage methods in Oracle 9i .(3) Based on OpenGL and 3DS MAX , this thesis establishes virtual 3D scene model with highly illusion of reality of digital small area...
