Along with the farther development of the AGC system, AGC classification control mode shows its advantage step by step. It is necessary for electric power corporations to have load distribution system of factory level to realize optimal load distribution. Based on roundly analyzing of AGC system, this paper focuses on studying of the load distribution system. Optimal load distribution does not only mean the minimum of coal consumption quantity, unit's rapidity and stability of adjustment should be also concerned. ANN modeling method is applied to track the unit's real-time coal consumption characteristic, which lays the foundation for the rationality of optimal load distribution. This paper establishes the mathematical model by multi-objective fuzzy programming and applies immune algorithm to realize the unit load real-time optimal distribution. Actual data is used for case study and its result has proven the corresponding distribution of rationality.
