Currently anode baking furnace in big Aluminum factories of our country are generally open baking furnace, being on the technology of exposure baking furnace .No doubt that the most important factor which can influence the quality of anode baking is temperature. If the temperature can not fulfill the demand, there would cause high energy consumption, low productivity, deficit control precision of furnace, much fume and serious pollution to the environment. Then how to evaluate the temperature of anode baking under continuous situations, according to the historic data samples, to appraise whether the temperature matches the demand of craftwork has become an imperative task.In the real work, the anode baking temperature usually is measured by some thermocouples. Because of the complication of flow field, openness of the anode baking room, and dust in quantity, it is very difficult to measure the temperature precisely; however the temperature which have a major role in improving the quality of product is a major parameter in anode baking process; On the base of previous works, following works have been done in this paper:First, according to the theory of thermodynamics and hydrodynamics, roughly build the mathematics model based on the heavy oil pressure as input and the bake temperature as output.Second, from a standard bake temperature base, extract some reliable indexes or parameters which can reflect the bake temperature. Using the RIMER method, we can treat the heavy oil and heavy pressure as antecede to predict the bake temperature and build a belief rule base that can reflect the features of bake temperature correctly.Third, as the mathematics model based on the thermodynamics and hydrodynamics can not reflect the bake temperature precisely, using the optimal method of Genetic Algorithm, we can identify the parameters of models according to the training data from the belief rule base and finally improve the quality of anode carbon.
