With the rapid development of the information and network technology, we came into the post era of PC, and embedded system has been infiltrated into all aspects of the modern society. With the increasing popularity of Internet applications, the Internet has become an important channel for the information transmission. Meanwhile, the embedded device, as the intellectual terminal in control field, have increasingly imminence demand of Internet.In this scheme we set out from the way of network and digital of DSP network intelligence control node.On the basis of this scheme, with the comparison to several network programs, we have designed a network communication platform which be based on DSP and an open-source embedded OS—uC/OS-II. And then we have resolved the problems of direct information transmission between the embedded devices and the Internet successfully.Firstly, we profoundly study the construction and principle of TMS320VC5402 DSP and the Ethernet controller RTL8019AS in this Ethernet communication system. Secondly, considering the technological demands of the embedded monitoring and control system such as commonness, real-time quality and multi-task management, we introduce an embedded real-time operating system to the system to manage the whole system. The feature article gave a detailed description of the process and transplantation. Thirdly, according to the application demand of embedded system, detailed application method of the protocols is broached. Finally, in the thesis, a simplified embedded TCP/IP protocol in which is suitable for DSP embedded system has been designed and realized.In the end, we pointed out the problems still existing in the platform, the proposed improvements and the work to be done next.Many models and processing which were based on the embedded platform in this design have much reference value, will offer some help to other embedded systems.
