With the rapid development of network,multilayer Web architecture based on B/S has been developed and becomes mature.Nowdays, J2EE, which is a platform for the enterprise layer's application,becomes the trend of markets.Struts that meets the J2EE criterion is a very popular Web framework based on MVC.It provides a reusable software framework and makes it easy to build multilayer Web application.Through studying the application of Struts framework based on MVC mode in web, the managerial system for daily & monthly production reports of power plants based on web is designed. It can record the running status of the sets in time, compute the data in automation, and realize the dynamic query in web form. This is easy for manager and running personnel to make for a reference. It can accordingly enhance the economic capability for the running sets in power plant and reduce coal-consume rate.
