The Design And Implement Of Guohuadingzhou Power Station's Producting Manage System

Based on advanced management experiences and ERP platform, an application of BFS++ system is practiced in DingZhou power station. Depending on web and database technology and aiming at operation and maintenance management, BFS++ system, a comprehensive production management system, comprises eight functions such as maintenance management, operation management, and components and parts management. These functions correlate with each other in the entire process of power generation to realize more scientific and efficient control on the status of equipments. A fault diagnosis expert system that, at the aid of the maintenace strategy function, is derived by using the historical information of operation and maintenace management, can monitor the operation process and take corresponding maintenace measures to decrease the freqency of fault and to increase efficiency, profits and management level.
