With the development of wireless communication, Internet, database and contributed computing technology, the wireless computing technology arises. The enterprises wireless computing which combined with wireless network transmission technology and computing technology, including the data collection, the computation, the communication and the management will change the way people live and work. Through some data collection terminal units, fast, accurate, convenient collects information of enterprise working point and then real-time or fixed-time transmits data through the wireless transmission mode for the backend server processing. This greatly enhances enterprise productivity and strengthens enterprise competitive ability.This article through analyses of the region water supply technical process as well as the collection of information and the management business in the process, designs and realizes a Water Supply information system based on CDMA wireless network. The paper first introduces the research background and the water supply information management present situation. Then analyzes the city water supply technical process, in the foundation to propose a water supply information system structure based on the CDMA and introduce the system reference model, the network architecture and related key technologies. Then we analyzes several common wireless communication technologies at present such as GSM, GPRS and CDMA, analyzes their good and bad points and the suitable situation, emphases on the CDMA1X network working principle, We proposes water supply information transmission network architecture based on the CDMA1X and the data transmission realization method. We next introduces the SOA, Web Service and the middleware technology involved in the software model of the water supply information system, based on these technologies, proposes a lamination wireless computation software model based on the Web Service, and emphatically introduces the structure of communication service middleware layer, the Web service security model and the QoS realization method under wireless environment. Finally, in above theory research foundation, we developes and realizes a water supply information system.
